JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for business requirements, ensuring alignment with project and application changes.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead efforts in requirements gathering, documentation, and traceability to support the implementation of innovative solutions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate test planning and execution, ensuring all functional and technical aspects are addressed.
  • Engage in continuous process improvement initiatives, leveraging LEAN methodologies where applicable.

Skills

  • Proven experience in translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify effective solutions.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in requirements management and test planning across multiple functional groups.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Databricks and geospatial technologies is a plus.
  • Background in the energy industry, particularly with SAP systems.
  • Familiarity with UAS and WWS, as well as Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
