|Job ID 70635|Posted Jun 12, 2025Are you a seasoned project manager with a knack for leading large-scale initiatives? We're seeking an experienced Sr Project Manager to drive innovative projects focused on wildfire mitigation and drone technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple project teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects.
- Establish controls to manage program activities and set delivery expectations effectively.
- Collaborate with project teams to plan, monitor, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Manage resources, risks, and issues across projects, ensuring proper mitigation strategies are in place.
- Coordinate interdependencies between projects and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Align deliverables across projects to ensure cohesive program execution.
Skills
- At least 10 years of experience managing large and complex projects, including budgets of $10M or more.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale software implementations and multiple workstreams.
- Strong vendor management skills, including RFP processes and financial control.
- Proven expertise in managing projects with significant user impact and change management.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, and accrual-based accounting.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the utility sector.
- Familiarity with LEAN methodologies, Databricks, and geospatial technologies.
- Knowledge of wildfire risk mitigation solutions and ServiceNow (SPM).
