Responsibilities

  • Support the digital merchandising team in executing online strategies to optimize the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure competitive positioning of product categories online.
  • Assist in creating engaging landing pages and homepage wireframes for various events.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance customer engagement.
  • Participate in creative and pricing reviews to ensure alignment with merchandising goals.

Skills

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience in merchandising.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to listen effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint is a plus.
  • Experience in fashion merchandising or retail is advantageous.
  • Proactive approach with a desire to make impactful contributions.
  • Capability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
