|Job ID 70623|Posted Jun 11, 2025Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for managing complex IT portfolios? We are seeking an IT Portfolio Manager to transform and optimize our technology initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic priorities and deliver maximum business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead the adoption of portfolio and product management methodologies across business and IT teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain an 18-month strategic roadmap.
- Streamline the IT project intake process and drive the creation of outcome-based roadmaps.
- Develop and present clear, concise reporting dashboards to C-suite executives.
- Facilitate project prioritization to align with strategic goals and resolve potential conflicts.
- Influence stakeholders to adopt new processes and ensure proper capitalization of programs and projects.
Skills
- Extensive experience in IT Service Management and DevOps methodologies.
- Advanced understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proven ability to drive initiatives in complex environments and influence without authority.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and strategic roadmap development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to C-suite executives.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Formal certification in project or portfolio management (e.g., PMP, PfMP).
- Experience in the telecommunications or direct broadcast satellite industry.
- Familiarity with financial management principles related to IT investments.
