JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Transform requirements into development code using SQL and .NET technologies.
  • Conduct independent testing on code prior to release to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather feedback and clarify requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive system documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Collaborate with project managers to deliver user experience training.

Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and .NET programming languages.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in process automation and integration projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams.
