JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Jr. IT Configuration Engineer and play a pivotal role in our global rebranding project. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise and project management skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Regulatory and Rebranding team by gathering and analyzing data for a global rebranding initiative.
  • Lead data cleansing activities to ensure accuracy and consistency of critical regulatory data.
  • Optimize change management processes and tools for systems utilizing regulatory data.
  • Ensure alignment of data and system change requests with global stakeholder requirements in Regulatory, Quality, and Operations.
  • Identify integration requirements between systems and collaborate with the analytics team to enhance rebranding processes.
  • Design, develop, and publish ad hoc reports using Power BI, providing insights through data visualization tools.
  • Conduct technical gap analyses and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Support and uphold data policies and procedures, contributing to data rule creation and regulatory submission data analysis.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, statistics, business, or finance from an accredited institution.
  • Over three years of experience in project management leadership.
  • Proven experience in data science, business analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI.

Preferred Skills

  • Master’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Finance, or Statistics.
  • Five or more years of experience in project management leadership and data analysis.
  • Experience in the MedTech industry and conducting complex data analyses for business decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Regulatory Information Management systems or Regulatory Data Syndication.
  • Experience working on global projects and understanding of Azure machine learning models and AI workflow.
