JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented and motivated MarTech Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for marketing technology and a desire to enhance user experience through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in configuring and enhancing Adobe Workfront to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop integration solutions.
  • Design and maintain workflows, custom forms, and approval processes to improve user experience.
  • Analyze and optimize business workflows and automated notifications for project management efficiency.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in Adobe Workfront and related technologies.
  • Troubleshoot issues effectively and communicate system changes to users.
  • Monitor the performance of integrations to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Provide regular updates on integration status to stakeholders.
  • Oversee quality assurance and testing for Workfront and campaign builds.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing complex projects and balancing competing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a curious mindset and a strong comfort with data and systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in marketing technology operations and integrations.
  • Knowledge of emerging industry trends and technology.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
