JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Systems Engineer where you will play a crucial role in supporting IT operations 24/7. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless IT support and infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level IT support for the Operations and Customer Center, handling install, move, add, and change requests.
  • Collaborate with the OCC Business IT team on application releases and user-reported issues.
  • Monitor and maintain VDI and radio infrastructure, coordinating with relevant teams and vendors.
  • Manage and troubleshoot A/V infrastructure and perform regular system updates and maintenance.
  • Configure and troubleshoot hardware systems, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Create and manage network and local print queues, ensuring smooth operation.
  • Implement platform changes with minimal business disruption, adhering to established procedures.

Skills

  • Proficiency in multiple operating systems and systems integration.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and field environment.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds regularly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with end-users of varying technical expertise.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with VMWare and VDI infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Asset, and Request.
