We are seeking a dedicated Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing essential IT support and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second level IT support for operations and customer service systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot VDI infrastructure and related technologies.
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Manage and maintain network and local print queues.
• Document and submit requests for changes to IT systems as needed.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members on system operations.

Skills

• Proficient in multiple operating systems and systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of VMWare and VDI infrastructure.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules, including Incident and Change management.
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with A/V infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• Experience in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including nights and weekends.
