Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Deliver exemplary customer service with a focus on VIP support for executives.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct remote problem-solving and assist with data migrations and restorations.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues.
- Re-image computers and ensure all devices are functioning optimally.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and desktop support for both Windows and Mac systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of emotional intelligence and customer service orientation.
- Proficient in basic hardware, network, and telecom troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow and Ivanti for ticketing and support management.
- Familiarity with processes and procedures in a large organizational setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unaided.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
