Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and materials to support product launches and commercial goals.
- Collaborate with agencies and vendors to ensure timely and budget-compliant deliverables.
- Champion the brand and product franchise, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
- Lead the approval process for marketing resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Support go-to-market strategies and launch readiness for new products.
- Maintain and optimize marketing content repositories for easy access and version control.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Streamline processes for asset development and approvals to enhance efficiency.
- Serve as a key point of contact for project updates and cross-functional meetings.
Skills
- 7+ years of commercial product marketing experience, preferably in medical device or healthcare sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing collateral development in regulated industries.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at various organizational levels.
- Proficiency in marketing and branding tools, as well as project management platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in heart failure or cardiovascular marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with clinical data to inform business strategy and product messaging.
- Experience in launching new products to market.
