JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Senior Information Security Analyst where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and securing our identity management systems. This remote position offers the opportunity to collaborate on innovative projects and provide strategic insights into cybersecurity governance.

Responsibilities

  • Consult on the development of the Identity Data Fabric, ensuring all data requirements are met.
  • Define and report on outcomes to improve decision-making within the Identity platform.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and implement IAM policies and procedures.
  • Work with relational databases to extract data and inform decisions.
  • Utilize tools like Cyber Ark and Seal Point for data reporting and integration.
  • Monitor compliance with IAM cybersecurity governance and role-based trends.

Skills

  • In-depth understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and technologies.
  • Technical experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint and CyberArk.
  • Strong grasp of regulatory frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
  • Proficient in developing IAM policies and identifying IAM-related risks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GSEC, or OSCP are advantageous.
  • Experience with IAM monitoring, reporting tools, and GRC platforms.
