JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Software Development Engineer, where your innovative solutions will have a direct impact on customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex systems within a vibrant and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain monitoring solutions, troubleshooting and debugging software applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams on software projects, enhancing and updating existing systems.
  • Perform SQL queries and optimize systems for better metric collection and technical challenge resolution.
  • Automate support processes and document system functionalities.

Skills

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C++, or C#.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in software development.
  • Strong foundation in object-oriented design and programming.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in designing and implementing complex software systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven leadership skills in guiding junior engineers.
  • Familiarity with AWS technologies and API design (RESTful, RPC, GraphQL).
