Join our dynamic team as a Scrum Master/Project Manager in Application Development, where you'll lead Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, for multiple teams.
• Coach and guide teams on Agile principles to foster continuous improvement and delivery.
• Work closely with Product Owners and technical leads to prioritize and groom backlogs.
• Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress, escalating issues when necessary.
• Monitor sprint metrics and Agile KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
• Promote Agile best practices while adapting to the specific context and maturity of each team.
• Coordinate efforts across various workstreams, including internal and external product focuses and third-party vendors.
• Support teams in building modern digital solutions using emerging technologies like cloud, APIs, AI/ML, and RPA.
• Demonstrate learnability regarding the products and solutions under development.
• Adaptability to take on various roles as needed within the team.

Skills

• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Proven track record of delivering digital products in fast-paced settings.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, along with the SDLC.
• Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication abilities.
• Experience collaborating with distributed, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Background in managing initiatives through traditional project management methods.
