JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Senior IT Analyst and leverage your expertise in EDI and Ariba Network to drive seamless supplier integrations and support critical SAP S4 Hana deployments. This remote role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects and collaborate with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain EDI systems and Ariba Network within SAP S4 Hana to ensure efficient electronic transactions with suppliers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to EDI and Ariba Network systems.
  • Lead supplier enablement processes, including the transition of suppliers to new network systems.
  • Coordinate and execute testing cycles for purchase orders, ensuring all technical and operational requirements are met.
  • Align testing activities with the overall project migration strategy and tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong background in electronic data interchange (EDI) and Ariba Network, including experience with Ariba cXML integration.
  • Proficiency in SAP S4 Hana or SAP ECC, with a solid understanding of supplier enablement processes.
  • Experience in conducting onboarding testing for suppliers, including developing and executing test plans.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the procurement or supply chain industry.
  • Familiarity with other procurement software and systems.
  • Project management experience.
  • Knowledge of supplier automation tools and case management solutions.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
