Responsibilities
- Develop and implement monitoring solutions for merchandising applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production software applications.
- Perform SQL queries and improve systems for metrics gathering.
- Collaborate with development teams on software projects and enhance existing applications.
- Automate support processes and document system functionalities.
Skills
- Proficiency in Java.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Mason, Perl CGI, Oracle SQL, HTML, UNIX/LINUX.
- Background in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
- 2-5 years of relevant software development experience.
