JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Applied Scientist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning projects that will redefine customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced personalization algorithms to enhance user experiences across various platforms.
  • Design predictive lead scoring models to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines for large-scale deep learning models.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and analysis to measure model impact and iterate on solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into scalable, production-grade systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to research publications and patents.

Skills

  • PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of applied research experience, or 4+ years with a PhD.
  • Hands-on experience in building, deploying, and monitoring production-grade machine learning models.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
  • Comprehensive understanding of deep learning concepts and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience deploying deep learning models to solve real-world business challenges.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and model monitoring.
  • Knowledge of emerging techniques in machine learning, such as federated learning and automated feature engineering.
  • Experience in personalization and lead scoring analytics.
