JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for purchasing technology products and services, ensuring alignment with business needs and market trends.
  • Lead the creation and execution of RFPs and RFQs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and evaluation criteria.
  • Negotiate contract terms with suppliers, focusing on compliance and beneficial terms for the organization.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis and create financial models to support strategic sourcing projects and decision-making processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting adherence to procurement policies and fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Manage supplier performance, encouraging continuous improvement and addressing any performance issues proactively.

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in both management consulting and line roles.
  • Proven analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive change within the organization.
