JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic and professional team as a Sr. Scrum Master, where you'll facilitate agile processes and foster a collaborative environment to drive product development success. This remote opportunity offers a chance to lead a talented group in delivering backend APIs that serve external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Coach team members on Agile best practices and promote continuous improvement.
  • Manage product backlog, prioritize tasks, and write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives and communicate business value to the development team.
  • Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration with developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Skills

  • Proven experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
  • Strong skills in backlog management and writing user stories.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and ability to translate technical requirements into business value.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Azure DevOps for work management and tracking.
  • Familiarity with API security, versioning, and documentation practices.
  • Background in leading teams working on backend APIs.
