JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team dedicated to crafting high-quality, user-centered content for global audiences. As a Technical Writer, you'll play a vital role in developing strategies and content to help partners succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Create clear and concise information following style guides to support partners' success.
  • Collaborate with writers and business partners to develop content strategy.
  • Participate in content management, process development, and quality governance.
  • Work independently on multiple projects while contributing to a global team.
  • Engage with various business groups to scope documentation assignments.

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in English, technical writing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, editing, or content strategy.
  • Strong editorial skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with markup languages like HTML or XML.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Ability to work with product and UI designers and write UI text.
  • Experience in creating content for translation and localization.
  • Project management experience with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
