JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team dedicated to advancing technology and innovation in the field of DevOps and release management. We are seeking a Salesforce DevOps/Release Manager to streamline our processes and elevate our CI/CD capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools like Gearset or Copado.
  • Automate validation, deployment, and post-deployment processes across Salesforce environments.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to metadata deployments and package installations.
  • Support branching and merge strategies for multiple Scrum teams.
  • Ensure release candidates undergo thorough validation and testing before deployment.
  • Collaborate with QA to integrate testing frameworks into the deployment pipeline.
  • Coordinate sandbox refreshes and maintain environment configuration consistency.
  • Document deployment procedures and assist in troubleshooting failed releases.

Skills

  • Proven experience with Gearset and Github.
  • Strong ability to automate processes and manage CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills for metadata and deployment issues.
  • Effective collaboration with multiple teams to support release strategies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with other release tools such as Copado, Flosum, AutoRabit.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and smoke test automation.
  • Familiarity with environment and version control management.
