Responsibilities
- Collaborate within an Agile Product Team to ensure successful product experience design and positioning.
- Lead UI/UX design implementation for digital products and experiences.
- Craft intuitive user experiences that meet customer and business objectives.
- Transform end-user requirements into comprehensive customer journeys and product experiences.
- Develop wireframes, interaction designs, prototypes, and visual design specifications.
- Engage with a cross-functional team in Agile/SCRUM cycles to deliver top-tier products.
- Share insights on user challenges and opportunities for enhancement.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a design-related field such as Web Design or Experience Architecture.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in UX or digital industries, including team leadership.
- Proficient in user experience best practices and interactive design principles.
- Strong knowledge of design thinking processes and frameworks.
- Expertise in using Figma with best practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
- Independent problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in workshop facilitation and co-creation.
- Understanding of website architecture and online marketing needs.
