Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences for a native mobile application focused on cardiovascular research.
• Collaborate closely with the technical product owner to develop and launch innovative app features.
• Conduct user research and gather requirements from physician stakeholders to inform design decisions.
• Create and deliver user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and align with established digital design language.
• Facilitate design workshops and synthesize ideas into cohesive design proposals.
• Oversee vendor contributions to the experience design scope of work.

Skills

• Extensive experience in user-centered design with a proven impact on projects.
• Strong background in healthcare design, collaborating with physician stakeholders.
• Proficiency in designing for native mobile applications and utilizing design systems.
• Excellent organizational and visual communication skills.
• Ability to quickly iterate and refine designs based on feedback.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a lead or solo designer on complex projects.
• Familiarity with light user testing and validation techniques.
• Confident in presenting and clarifying complex problems.
• Perspective on integrating accessibility throughout the product development process.
