Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets to identify issues and prescribe appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to prioritize daily tasks and provide real-time feedback.
• Coordinate with Product Management to set release dates and communicate project progress.
• Perform data validation and ensure the integrity of complex data pipelines.

Skills

• Proficient in data batch processing and ETL tools like Informatica/Spark.
• Strong understanding of banking transactions and payment systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to write data specifications and mapping documents.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in AML transaction monitoring or similar domains such as Fraud or KYC.
• Experience with data testing, validation, and quality controls.
• Proficient in SQL and programming for large data sets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to empower and collaborate with teams.
