Responsibilities
- Analyze large data sets to identify issues and prescribe appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to prioritize daily tasks and provide real-time feedback.
- Coordinate with Product Management to set release dates and communicate project progress.
- Perform data validation and ensure the integrity of complex data pipelines.
Skills
- Proficient in data batch processing and ETL tools like Informatica/Spark.
- Strong understanding of banking transactions and payment systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to write data specifications and mapping documents.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in AML transaction monitoring or similar domains such as Fraud or KYC.
- Experience with data testing, validation, and quality controls.
- Proficient in SQL and programming for large data sets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to empower and collaborate with teams.
