Responsibilities

• Lead and manage product development initiatives utilizing agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver exceptional products.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the product lifecycle.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA and Dragonboat to manage product backlogs, sprints, and roadmaps.
• Drive product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Skills

• Proven experience in agile product management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated leadership and influence in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to take initiative and solve complex problems effectively.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Dragonboat for product management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial industry.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner).
• In-depth knowledge of product transformation and agile at scale.
