Responsibilities
- Lead and manage product development initiatives utilizing agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver exceptional products.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the product lifecycle.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA and Dragonboat to manage product backlogs, sprints, and roadmaps.
- Drive product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Skills
- Proven experience in agile product management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated leadership and influence in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to take initiative and solve complex problems effectively.
- Proficiency with JIRA and Dragonboat for product management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the financial industry.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner).
- In-depth knowledge of product transformation and agile at scale.
