Responsibilities
- Engage with diverse teams, including legal and compliance, to communicate findings and insights on various AI methodologies.
- Document and present results to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of complex data science concepts.
- Design and develop job aids and guidance documentation for responsible AI practices.
- Automate testing processes and analyze results using Python scripts.
- Identify vulnerabilities related to PII/PHI exposure in AI interactions and maintain test data sets.
- Stay updated on the latest AI/ML research and incorporate relevant findings into projects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Assist in designing and executing Red Team testing scenarios for conversational AI systems.
Skills
- BS degree in computer science, applied mathematics, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in the full ML system development lifecycle, including deployment and maintenance.
- Strong background in advanced NLP models and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, Pandas, and Numpy.
- Deep understanding of ethical considerations and fairness in AI model development.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, including claims payment and call centers.
- Experience translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with large language models or conversational AI systems.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and adversarial testing methodologies.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to AI in healthcare.
