Responsibilities

• Develop and manage scalable data center qualification programs that integrate global teams and equipment.
• Oversee comprehensive testing of power and cooling systems, ensuring collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to optimize qualification timelines and maintain quality standards.
• Implement systematic tracking of qualification metrics and ensure data accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Travel for design meetings and factory witness testing, with international travel as needed.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• 5+ years of design experience in commercial or industrial projects.
• 2+ years of experience in mission-critical facility design or technical program management.
• Strong project management skills, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and optimizing project timelines.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining reporting dashboards and predictive modeling tools.
