Responsibilities
- Develop and manage scalable data center qualification programs that integrate global teams and equipment.
- Oversee comprehensive testing of power and cooling systems, ensuring collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional coordination to optimize qualification timelines and maintain quality standards.
- Implement systematic tracking of qualification metrics and ensure data accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Travel for design meetings and factory witness testing, with international travel as needed.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- 5+ years of design experience in commercial or industrial projects.
- 2+ years of experience in mission-critical facility design or technical program management.
- Strong project management skills, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and optimizing project timelines.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining reporting dashboards and predictive modeling tools.
