|Job ID 70533|Posted Jun 5, 2025We are seeking a passionate and strategic Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing Scrum Team focused on delivering user-centric web applications and robust backend services.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring they reflect business value.
- Act as the voice of the customer throughout the development lifecycle.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Engage with technical teams and business leaders to elicit data requirements and insights.
Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile/Scrum role.
- Strong understanding of Angular front-end frameworks and Java-based RESTful APIs.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and version control systems.
Preferred Skills
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience in a cloud-native environment (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Insurance industry experience, particularly with Disability and Life products.
