We are seeking a dedicated Desktop/Tech Support professional to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage equipment requests and ensure seamless operations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee depot operations and fulfill equipment requisitions based on business needs.
• Validate and procure equipment, collaborating with the Procurement Department as necessary.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure audit readiness.
• Participate in hardware audits and perform troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Prepare and configure equipment for deployment, ensuring functionality and integration.
• Package and ship equipment efficiently, adhering to company policies for disposal of end-of-life equipment.

Skills

• Proven experience with Windows 10, Windows 11, and MacOS X operating systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and ServiceNow.
• Strong technical understanding of laptop and desktop hardware and peripherals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members across departments.

Preferred Skills

• A+ certification is a plus but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications to enhance productivity.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and procedures.
• Strong customer service orientation and initiative.
