JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Lead and provide strategic guidance for marketing automation initiatives both internally and with client contacts.
  • Strategize and implement comprehensive marketing automation campaigns tailored to each client's platform.
  • Ensure quality control by validating campaign flow, measurement, and dynamic content.
  • Execute, measure, and optimize campaigns to achieve desired objectives and KPIs within set timelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional digital teams to drive creative and effective marketing strategies.
  • Champion data-driven marketing and ensure compliance with data privacy laws.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing automation, with a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for campaign development.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead projects and provide strategic counsel.
  • Strong analytical skills for data segmentation and analysis.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo, or Eloqua.
  • Experience with 1:1 creative executions in email and SMS marketing.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Experience in integrating marketing automation with other digital channels.
