JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead Agile teams in delivering high-value software solutions while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Guide Agile teams in adhering to Agile principles and practices, ensuring effective delivery of software solutions.
  • Facilitate meetings, demos, and decision-making processes to promote collaboration and transparency.
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to enhance team performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement through feedback and metrics.
  • Manage action items, issues, and risks while coordinating testing environment deployments.
  • Encourage self-organization within the team and motivate members to achieve iteration goals.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in Agile technology delivery.
  • Five or more years of experience in Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) teams.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in business analysis, product/project management, or product development.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive team success.
  • CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations and creatively solve problems.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
