Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of resilient and stable technology solutions.
- Manage the ongoing development, maintenance, and support of existing systems.
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members while influencing work direction.
- Participate in staffing plans and provide performance feedback.
- Oversee technology solutions, including proactive monitoring and communication of system health.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in application development or software implementation.
- Proficient in Google Cloud Composer, Google BigQuery, Python, SQL, and Pyspark.
- Strong problem-solving, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and provide feedback to team members effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PCI).
- Background in Agile/Product Delivery models.
- Familiarity with PBM/healthcare industry and security implications.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Storage, Apache Airflow, and Java.
