JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Software Engineer Lead IT, where you'll lead the design and development of innovative technology solutions, ensuring they meet all operational and functional requirements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive continuous improvement and innovation within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of resilient and stable technology solutions.
  • Manage the ongoing development, maintenance, and support of existing systems.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to team members while influencing work direction.
  • Participate in staffing plans and provide performance feedback.
  • Oversee technology solutions, including proactive monitoring and communication of system health.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in application development or software implementation.
  • Proficient in Google Cloud Composer, Google BigQuery, Python, SQL, and Pyspark.
  • Strong problem-solving, analysis, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and provide feedback to team members effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PCI).
  • Background in Agile/Product Delivery models.
  • Familiarity with PBM/healthcare industry and security implications.
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Storage, Apache Airflow, and Java.
