|Job ID 70514|Posted Jun 3, 2025We are seeking a dynamic Lead Loyalty & CRM Strategist to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing and optimizing customer relationship management and loyalty programs, ensuring exceptional client engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and optimization of CRM and loyalty programs across various client engagements.
- Develop and implement strategies for offers, campaigns, and marketing tactics to enhance customer retention.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Creative, and Analytics teams to drive program success.
- Write and present project experiences related to Adobe implementation, focusing on CDP, AJO, and CJA.
- Manage client-facing interactions, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Travel to Las Vegas 2-3 times during the contract duration as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in loyalty and CRM strategy development.
- Strong background in retention marketing and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for program improvement.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with Adobe products and implementation processes.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
