JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented UX Architect to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to create user-centered designs that enhance digital experiences while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement human-centered design strategies to improve user experiences across various digital platforms.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and research to inform design decisions and identify user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product owners, to ensure accessibility and usability in all designs.
  • Review and evaluate digital products using both manual and automated testing techniques to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
  • Mentor team members on best practices in user experience design and accessibility.
  • Engage in quality audits and assist in creating remediation roadmaps for design-related issues.

Skills

  • Proven experience in user experience design, particularly with complex applications.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in an agile environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with design thinking processes and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of semantic HTML and ARIA markup.
  • Familiarity with user-centered design from concept to delivery.
  • Experience with various accessibility testing tools.
  • IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) or Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) Certification is a plus.
