Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects with a focus on timely and quality execution.
• Serve as a liaison between multiple teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• Provide escalation management and make informed tradeoffs between business needs and technical constraints.
• Drive the deployment of new products by working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.

Skills

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3-5 years of industry experience as a software developer or technical lead.
• Strong understanding of systems and technical services.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively across different groups within an organization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in successfully delivering software products from concept to deployment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and provide value to engineering teams.
