Responsibilities

• Transform complex technical processes into clear, user-friendly documentation for the Security Operations Center.
• Collaborate with SOC analysts and security engineers to create accurate playbooks and 'how-to' guides.
• Review and update existing SOC documentation, ensuring consistency and alignment with industry standards.
• Develop new technical documents, including SOPs and guides for SOC tools and processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to document workflows and procedures that optimize incident response.

Skills

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and SOC operations.
• Proficiency in documenting security tools and platforms.
• Experience in creating visual aids such as workflows and diagrams.
• Familiarity with documentation platforms like Confluence or SharePoint.
