Responsibilities

• Manage the complete delivery process of migrating from legacy systems to new cloud platforms.
• Drive integration and standardization across various business units to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead a dynamic cross-functional team, ensuring collaboration and alignment on project goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain thorough documentation and address historical challenges in project management.
• Utilize project management tools to continuously improve project artifacts and processes.
• Facilitate technical and functional requirements for Salesforce applications.
• Promote agile practices and ensure effective team dynamics.
• Report project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Skills

• Proven experience in end-to-end project management within enterprise IT environments.
• Strong background in managing Salesforce implementations.
• Effective leadership of cross-functional teams in complex vendor settings.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of the Atlassian suite is essential.
• Ability to identify gaps, mitigate risks, and coordinate effectively across stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in technology transformation or platform migration projects.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Strong documentation skills to ensure comprehensive project records.
