JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Business Intelligence Engineer, where you'll leverage data analytics to drive strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to innovate and collaborate across various teams to enhance our business intelligence capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new reporting tools to support business reviews and strategic planning efforts.
  • Enhance auditing tools to identify system gaps and create new capabilities for operational leverage.
  • Create visualization tools using Quicksight or Tableau to improve workflows for various stakeholders.
  • Challenge and improve existing processes with data-driven insights for scalable execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build an intelligence roadmap for automation and productivity.
  • Ensure solutions have a measurable impact across categories and are supported by stakeholders.
  • Analyze the broader site experience to generate insights on customer engagement.
  • Develop a knowledge repository for data intelligence as part of a center of excellence.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Quicksight or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record in managing relationships and collaborating with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in business intelligence and data analytics in a technology-driven environment.
  • Understanding of operational improvement and strategic planning.
  • Ability to think big and drive initiatives that have a cross-company impact.
