Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business users and IT to ensure seamless communication.
• Recommend IT-based solutions tailored to specific business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system and business processes effectively.
• Define system scopes and objectives, preparing necessary documentation.
• Evaluate new software products for their potential integration into current IT environments.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and document use cases.
• Support project documentation and maintain the project's Microsoft Teams channel.

Skills

• Proven experience as a business analyst, with a focus on translating business needs into IT solutions.
• Strong ability to scope solutions in collaboration with architects.
• Excellent communication skills for interviewing end users and gathering requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Big 4 consulting firms is advantageous.
• Business Analyst Certification is a plus.
