This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by focusing on the people side of change in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to enhance employee adoption and utilization of changes.
- Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the effects of changes on business processes and stakeholder groups.
- Identify and address potential resistance from employees and stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.
- Create and manage communication plans to effectively convey key messages related to changes.
- Design and drive training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills to adapt to changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business readiness and facilitate successful transitions.
Skills
- Strong understanding of organizational change management principles and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in program management and cross-functional business process transformation.
- Organizational Change Management certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with training delivery methods and adult learning principles.
- Experience working in a global company and understanding of its dynamics.
