|Job ID 70488|Posted May 30, 2025Join a dynamic team as a Technical Business Analyst where you'll bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. Your role will involve collaborating across various teams to drive impactful projects forward.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key liaison between business users and IT departments to ensure effective communication and project success.
- Provide insightful recommendations to address business needs through IT-based solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize business processes and systems.
- Define project scopes and objectives, and manage the documentation process.
- Evaluate new software products for their relevance to current and future IT landscapes.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
- Facilitate and document requirements gathering and use cases.
- Support the creation of UAT test cases and plans, and assist with UAT execution.
- Maintain the project's Microsoft Teams channel for effective communication and collaboration.
Skills
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment.
- Proven ability to interview end users, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable business solutions.
- Strong skills in scoping solutions in collaboration with architects.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills to support project success.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a Big 4 firm or similar consulting environment.
- Business Analyst Certification is a plus.
