JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic cybersecurity team as a Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in designing and managing secure authentication systems to protect our organization's data. This is an exciting opportunity to lead innovative projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain identity and access management solutions to ensure secure user authentication.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of IAM policies and standards, aligning with best practices.
  • Manage and troubleshoot directory services, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate with various teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications.
  • Conduct access reviews and maintain compliance audit trails.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote IAM best practices across the organization.

Skills

  • Proven experience in IAM engineering, with expertise in technologies like Microsoft Entra ID and Azure AD.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex IAM-related issues.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like PowerShell and Python.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
  • Experience with Zero Trust security models and compliance frameworks like SOX or HIPAA.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CIAM solutions.
  • Knowledge of PKI infrastructure and certificate management.
