Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to analyze and improve business processes through automation solutions.
- Develop, configure, test, and implement high-quality automated processes on time and within budget.
- Define requirements for new automation features and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Participate in design processes to enhance user experience and meet business needs.
- Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of automated solutions and provide ongoing support and debugging.
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including peers and business partners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical documentation.
Skills
- Advanced experience with Automation Anywhere and a minimum of 1-3 years in RPA.
- Strong analytical thinking skills and a self-motivated, resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent planning and organization skills, with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in software development and a passion for learning new technologies.
- Strong desire to develop problem-solving skills and a basic understanding of quality assurance practices.
