JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Solution Engineer to join our team in a hybrid role across multiple locations. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects involving Robotic Process Automation and other cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business partners to analyze and improve business processes through automation solutions.
  • Develop, configure, test, and implement high-quality automated processes on time and within budget.
  • Define requirements for new automation features and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Participate in design processes to enhance user experience and meet business needs.
  • Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of automated solutions and provide ongoing support and debugging.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including peers and business partners.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical documentation.

Skills

  • Advanced experience with Automation Anywhere and a minimum of 1-3 years in RPA.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and a self-motivated, resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in software development and a passion for learning new technologies.
  • Strong desire to develop problem-solving skills and a basic understanding of quality assurance practices.
