We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the daily trafficking of marketing materials alongside the operations team.
• Prioritize and track project statuses, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global marketing managers and review teams to facilitate the marketing lifecycle.
• Escalate issues as needed to maintain project timelines and quality.
• Maintain effective communication with senior leadership and other departments.

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a proven track record in project coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in highly regulated industries, such as healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Familiarity with medical, legal, and regulatory processes.
• Background in developing and adhering to taxonomy and metadata.
