Responsibilities
- Identify and automate repetitive workflows to optimize backend processes.
- Create custom user experiences to improve business operations.
- Build and maintain a component library for scalable custom feature delivery.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Provide technical leadership and set standards for Salesforce excellence.
- Maintain existing features and support new global initiatives.
- Independently gather requirements and implement new features.
Skills
- Extensive experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other systems via various APIs.
- Expertise in designing, automating, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline build processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Lightning Framework and Salesforce Lightning Design system.
- Ability to perform technical analysis and customize applications.
- Experience with cross-system integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proficiency in continuous integration and deployment processes.
