JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Salesforce Developer/Admin where you will lead innovative projects, streamline business processes, and enhance global-scale features. Your expertise in Salesforce development will drive technical excellence and integration across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and automate repetitive workflows to optimize backend processes.
  • Create custom user experiences to improve business operations.
  • Build and maintain a component library for scalable custom feature delivery.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide technical leadership and set standards for Salesforce excellence.
  • Maintain existing features and support new global initiatives.
  • Independently gather requirements and implement new features.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
  • Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other systems via various APIs.
  • Expertise in designing, automating, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline build processes.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Lightning Framework and Salesforce Lightning Design system.
  • Ability to perform technical analysis and customize applications.
  • Experience with cross-system integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in continuous integration and deployment processes.
