Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system using Figma to enhance our gaming brand's visual identity.
• Create smart, reusable components and templates that streamline design processes.
• Automate creative workflows to simplify repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Design testing frameworks to ensure the robustness and scalability of the design system.

Skills

• Extensive experience in design, with a focus on design systems.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, especially in auto-layout, variables, and component systems.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, UX, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in design automation and familiarity with design tokens.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and basic front-end development.
• Understanding of JavaScript/Figma plugin development and a passion for gaming culture.
