We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Visualization & Analytics Specialist to join our Market Insights & Analytics team within the ACM Operating Unit. This role is instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data visualization tools, advanced coding capabilities in Snowflake, and expertise in leveraging platforms like Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, manage, and optimize data pipelines within Snowflake for effective data extraction and transformation.
2. Utilize Alteryx to automate workflows and streamline data preparation processes.
3. Create dynamic and visually compelling dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.
5. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytics processes.
6. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
Top responsibilities (specific):
1. Managing and updating existing data visualization tools
2. Support in building new pricing visualization tool combining multiple systems
3. Updating existing Tableau dashboard for strategic planning process
4. Continuing to build out SG2 data visualization
5. Ad-hoc data visualization requests
Required experience:
1. Proficient in SQL and Python, with demonstrated experience coding in Snowflake.
2. Advanced knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau.
3. Proven track record in big data visualization and analytics.
4. Strong understanding of data governance and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with healthcare or med-tech industry data.
• Experience working in a global organization or matrixed environment.
• Location: Colorado (Lafeyette office) or remote for strong candidate
