JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients and project teams to gather and document business requirements and objectives.
  • Analyze existing business processes and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements and process flows.
  • Perform data analysis to uncover trends and insights that drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and drive consensus on project deliverables.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Provide support and training to users for successful adoption of solutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling techniques and tools.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in agile project environments.
  • Familiarity with business analysis frameworks such as BABOK or PMIPBA.
  • Professional certifications like CBAP or CCBA.
