Join our dynamic team as a Market Development Specialist and play a pivotal role in optimizing our dealer network through strategic compliance audits and reporting. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with dealers and drive impactful projects at our Bass Creek location in Plymouth, MN.

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer network compliance audits and reporting to ensure adherence to standards.
• Support the Market Development team in executing strategic plans for dealer network optimization.
• Manage dealer terminations and relocations with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain regular communication with dealerships to update them on termination status.
• Collaborate with corporate counsel to draft legal documents and ensure compliance with state laws.
• Enforce the Minimum Advertised Price policy across over 1300 dealerships.
• Assist with distributing and tracking dealer agreements annually.
• Oversee dealer signage order processes and optimize vendor relationships.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, operations, or project management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-directed and capable of managing projects independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Preferred Skills

• Field sales experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of powersports products and industry.
• Understanding of our business model and product offerings.
