|Job ID 70472|Posted May 30, 2025Join our dynamic team as a Market Development Specialist and play a pivotal role in optimizing our dealer network through strategic compliance audits and reporting. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with dealers and drive impactful projects at our Bass Creek location in Plymouth, MN.
Responsibilities
- Lead dealer network compliance audits and reporting to ensure adherence to standards.
- Support the Market Development team in executing strategic plans for dealer network optimization.
- Manage dealer terminations and relocations with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain regular communication with dealerships to update them on termination status.
- Collaborate with corporate counsel to draft legal documents and ensure compliance with state laws.
- Enforce the Minimum Advertised Price policy across over 1300 dealerships.
- Assist with distributing and tracking dealer agreements annually.
- Oversee dealer signage order processes and optimize vendor relationships.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, operations, or project management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-directed and capable of managing projects independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Preferred Skills
- Field sales experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of powersports products and industry.
