JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Support Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, security, and availability of our systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex issues and provide high-touch, desktop support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional desktop support to maintain system integrity and security.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues using professional concepts and strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support.
  • Maintain and update documentation, contributing to the corporate knowledge base.
  • Respond to after-hours requests and work on-call as needed.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with solid troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with computer hardware and peripheral equipment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Blue Screen troubleshooting and system analysis tools.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and network troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of desktop networking and virus protection.
